Nintendo announced a free update for Super Mario Maker. Have a look at Nintendo’s video showing the 5 exciting new features in Super Mario Maker. The developer should really be commended for this as it took feedback from the community and adds sorely missed features such as checkpoints, power-up’s that are dependent on Mario’s status and levels created and selected by Nintendo.

The update should be available at november 4th in the US and a day later in Europe.
